Thank you for the daily report Rich.  I try to always have a smile on my face!  I like hake but haven't had it lately, usually there is only tilapia or salmon available where I live.

Thank you for the report.  A beautiful day here in Maryland.  I had hoped to offer a nice recipe from "Crystal at Home" but was unable to get it to play.

First day of June, a lovely sunny  start to winter.  It's a holiday weekend to celebrate the Queens birthday,

Domestic .tourism has  re-started.

Hi Roy!

Hope you can get in the future some recipes from Crystal Home!! I enjoyed the pictures and food on Crystal when you sailed! Yum

Do you by chance remember when I did a thread here "2018 Crystal World Cruise as seen by a Four Star Mariner"?  Didn't turn out anything like what I had planned but one of the unexpected highlights was "The Cookie of the Day".  Celebrity Chef Jon Ashton is part chef and part comic and he's doing a cooking "demo" each Sunday.  Here's today's video for a steak dish:

This is a recipe I am going to make definitely! Awesome! I remember that cruise you blog!! Gosh I do miss all of this so bad!😞 we cruise addicts need a fix!
