Australian Refunds?

Hi everyone,

I know this is a hot topic atm...but just being specific to Australians has anyone received an actual refund yet?

 

We cancelled march 6th for our april 18th sailing from Marseille.... opting to forfeit our deposit

 

So we are on day 88.....

 

was initially told 30 days ( as it was just at the beginning of issues) then 60, then 90.....losing patience

Just replying to my own topic.

 

Now on day 108....been told now 90 business days.....

 

so we have put a charge back claim in thru  our bank....

 

if any aussies have had any luck , please let us know, as will I

Just letting fellow Aussies and anyone else with refund issues, we FINALLY received our refund on exactly 90 business days..... so they certainly took it to the line, but at least it’s back and we can move on.

Hi Mrs soap,

       Glad to hear you received your refund. 

I'm still waiting for my refund, Cruise was due to leave on May 30th.

 Just a question, did you book through a travel agent or direct with MSC?
