Beach recommendations-7am-1pm in port

My family and I are cruising Nov 2021 and will be in Tortola with NCL Encore but only from 7-1pm. I don’t think that’s enough time to visit the baths or is it?

There may be an excursion through the ship, not sure? 

For ferry service, Speedy’s offers a 7:30 departure to VG, and an 11:30 departure from VG (30 min ferry ONLY Mon - Sat). So you could have at least 2.5 hours to see the Baths. They may be crowded with fellow passengers, but it is a viable option.
