Gold star for Marella call staff

Today we cancelled our Norway sail for 29th August. In my own opinion it isn`t going anyway and if, by some miracle, it does sail we decided months ago not to go. We selected another cruise for October 2021.

So this morning I called them and got through within minutes , much to my surprise. The member of staff that dealt with my call could not have been more helpful and within half an hour I had my total Norway cruise money transferred to another cruise for 2021. So all booked for 2021 with something to look forward to again.

Perhaps in part I was relieved at the outcome but I also impressed with the way I was dealt with. Marella have come in for some stick on this forum and with justification but I felt that I had to give them credit where it`s due. Maybe they have upped their game after the stick they`ve had....who knows.

Anyway, I sincerely hope anyone else contacting them is dealt with as professionally as I was today.
