Lift & Shift for Free Casino Cruise?

I have a free casino cruise on Celebrity in October and another one on Royal in December.   Has anyone been able to L&S free casino cruises?

I'm in the same boat for a sailing in November.   I called up and they told me that they determine the options available when they cancel,  but did share that they have offered L&S even on casino comped cruises in the past.

I think that if you earned enough casino credits for a free cruise they will be happy to give you one once cruising resumes.

I tried to Lift & Shift my Nov 29 casino Edge cruise using their website on 7/21/20  and was bounced out saying my cruise didn't qualify for L & S.  So I can only hope they cancel and allow re-booking.

We were informed that our offer was only good for a certain time period and that period had elapsed so could not apply offer towards a new cruise. We were able to take our "free cruise" towards a new booking so it worked out unless that new booking gets cancelled too,,,,sheesh.

I moved my MLife comped Alaska cruise to next year without any issues.

Same - moved an MLife Caribbean cruise from April this year to March 2021. Hopefully I’ll be able to do it again as we slowly creep towards more cancellations  🤦🏾‍♀️

We have a "free" casino cruise booked on the Edge for this December -  balcony cabin mid ship San Juan, Tortola and St Kitts.

 

Is there a special casino # to call for a possible L&S or do we just try the regular Celebrity customer service line?  TIA.

I only know there are two hotlines for MGM based on tier level and I'm sure there is one for Blue Chip Club as well. In the end I don't think it matters.

okay, 1st call to the casino denied, so i called Blue Chip back armed with the original sales promo that allowed for L&S including promotions, and agent was able to do the transfer, yay!

 

We went from the Edge 12/6/20 to the Apex 12/4/21, same itinerary, even same cabins!
