Yes this has been talked about here in multiple posts as a large issue to overcome for resumption of full operations.  But perhaps not for a few ships at a time.  A lot of staff will wait and see but probably need the employment.

Agree,

 

I would think there would be lots of staff just desperate to earn anything anywhere at the moment...Many staff don’t so much ‘choose’ to cruise as their circumstances determine that it is a better option than other openings available to them...
