I'm reasonably sure those are countries. 😉 If that is so the existing cruise lines will be looking to migrate their ships to those areas that have recovered and reopened.

I do not see that happening. Each of the current brands is after their own market, even if there is some overlapping.

 

On the other hand, that can happen administratively. Princess & HAL & Seabourn are all in the Holland America Group.
