(Another) L&S question

Please don't shoot me, I swear I used the search feature.

 

About 10 days ago I requested a L&S on Royal's website for a cruise we had booked with a certain big box store. The new cruise now appears on my Royal account, but the old cruise is still showing on the big box account. Did something go wrong or am I supposed to call to notify them I switched? I really don't have the time to spend hours on hold so I was hoping someone has seen this before.

It’s your big box agent that is behind.  Call them and let them know.

 That's what I feared. We were thinking of switching cabins anyway so I guess I can do that at the same time. Thank you!
