FCC Question please

I have a credit to use and have a few questions please- (I cancelled 2 days before the cruise was cancelled so everyone else got a refund but me darn)

 

 My FCC expires Dec 31/21 (has to be sailed by then as well). Right now they have cancel for any reason. If I booked a cruise for Oct 21 and cancelled in Sept 21, would my Credit still expire Dec 31/21?

 

I tried to claim it under my travel insurance but insurance declined as they said I have this FCC that I honestly may not get to use.

You should be able to cancel  under the CWC and get the FCC reissued  with an expiry date of 12 Months from the date that you cancelled.
