Caribbean Cruises from Miami Jan, Feb or March 2021

Will Caribbean Cruises be allowed to sail out of Miami in January, February or March 2021?

It certainly doesn't look like it, Miami or Ft. Lauderdale. A few selected cruises MAY be a go but now going into the first of October and everything always getting pushed back 1/2/3/21 just doesn't look good. SUCKS!!!
