Freestyle Coke vs. Free Diamond Drinks

Recommended Posts

Does Explorer of of the seas have a freestyle coke machine?  Does Royal Caribbean still load drinks onto our seapass card for happy hour?

Yes to Coke machines.

Yes to 3 Diamond drinks on card.

Caveat: this was “before C”

Yeah, on every ship we've been on it is not unusual to see out of order freestyle machines.

And if the Freestyle machines will still be there once cruising starts again...no one knows yet but I wouldn't be surprised if they are gone.

The insulated mugs might be gone for for a while and replaced with the one use only glass.  I always cleaned mine, but really who else did. 🤢

Well kudos to you for cleaning yours.

I can't tell you how many of those mugs I've seen left in the women's restrooms :classic_ohmy:

We have been on Anthem when there was norovirus and the Freestyle machines were manned by crew.  You could still use your chipped cup, you put it on the machine and the crew member pushed all the buttons.  The caused lines though, which would not be good.  The weird thing was, they did not have a crew member manning the freestyle machine in the Seaplex by the hot dog place.  Never understood why they didn't just turn that one off if they weren't going to have crew run it as that machine is used by lots of kids.
