Dress code formal

Would this dress be appropriate for a formal night on a royal Caribbean cruise. Is the neck line too low and revealing. I am travelling next year on a Europe cruise on board the vision of the seas. Thankyou😊

Royal Caribbean does not enforce the dress code on formal night or any night. Furthermore, the nature of a dress or top neckline is never a consideration.

Ladies are in bikinis on the ship which is far more revealing. I don't think there would be an issue with the dress.

Perfectly acceptable.  Neckline is fine.  My preference would be the black for evening wear.

Personally, I think it’s too much.  The average person who dresses up will be far less elaborate than that dress.  And most will not dress up at all.

I've seen lots of dresses like that on short cruises out of Puerto Rico. Puerto Rican women are some of the most beautiful in the world and they like to show it!
