Good evening, all.

First, prayers for those with medical procedures and/or problems.   Medical procedures can be a bit scary during this time of COVID, but pacemakers are relatively simple.  I hope those near the fires are doing well.  They can cause a lot of respiratory distress.

My roofer did not call nor did he stop by today.   I will call Dan in the morning and also keep calling the roofer until I can nail him down.   It is supposed to rain on Sunday and I would like some resolution before then.   At the very least, Tom might be willing to go up on the roof and spread some tar around.

More food porn tonight.  This is from Quebec where we walked and walked and walked for onion soup and crepes.  Then we walked and walked and walked in the rain to get back to the ship.   We did stop and buy umbrellas - of course, we didn't have any with us.  We weren't the only ones.  The store we went to was doing a brisk business in umbrellas that day.

The restaurant we went to for our crepes and soup was just past the touristy area on the main street in the upper part of Quebec.  It was definitely a local hangout as they spoke mainly French.   But, they were gracious and accommodating after I exhausted my recollection of high school French.  Bonjour pretty much sums that up!

@Sharon in AZ, is your fish co-op local or national/international? If National Or international, would you share the name, please?

Not sure if I’m allowed to post it but......    Sitka Salmon Shares. It was one of those recommendations that you get because you’ve ordered something else similar sort of thing. And gosh am I so thankful I have. Every piece of fish has been wonderful and tasty. Kind of pricey but in my opinion well worth it for the quality and variety. Nice since we are landlocked and not available to such good quality.

Thank you Sharon. I believe this type of recommendation is allowed. My local fish store is not requiring masks for their workers or customers, so I need to find another supplier. The co-op sounds perfect.
