Shore Excursion Sale through October 31

Late Tuesday night I saw a sale on shore excursions when I logged onto my HAL account and brought up the booking for the Oosterdam sailing from Auckland on March 31, 2022.  All the shore excursions listed for each of the ports of call (except for a few ports where there were no excursions) are on a 20% off sale through October 31.  I have not checked for the sale in other parts of the world, but New Zealand, Australia, the South Pacific, and Hawaiian shore excursions are all discounted.

I'm seeing the discounts for my booked Europe cruises May/June 2021 Westerdam and Asia cruises February 2022 and April 2022 Noordam.

There has been a shore excursion sale for at least a month...probably a little longer.

Yes, but only just recently extended to include Asia and Australia.

Just checked our Auckland-Seattle voyage for '21, and found only Victoria and Seattle had discounts. Not sure why those two and no others.

The current excursion discounts (for excursions booked/paid for from October 1st to October 31st) apply to ports in Alaska, Asia, Australia/NZ, Europe, Mexico and South America only.  Not all excursions may qualify for the offer as they are capacity controlled by ship/date.  Any ports not classified in one of those geographical regions by HAL will not qualify, regardless of origin/end points of the sailing.

The previous version available in September only included Alaskan and European ports, so this is an expansion of the offer.

Glad to see this sale, I prefer discounted tours booked direct, along with building up Mariner status.  Victoria counts on our coastals, and we've got plenty to consider in South America and Mexico.

The HAL website didn't show a discount for a Morocco tour but when the excursion desk was called, they were able to book the tour with the discounted price. Worth a phone call to see if what you want actually has the discount.
