personal and 5* mariner info disappeared

All missing from HAL website login today...

mine was there this morning, but is gone now

DOB, gender, address, bookings and 5 star info plus cruise history all gone. Also logged onto Seabourn account which is pretty much a duplicate  of HAL and same thing there. Hopefully, it will get corrected soon........

The information is still available on the HAL app for tablets, so all is not lost

Mine is all there, but I did see a new notice about a security breach in August.  Perhaps the missing information has something to do with the posting of that notice and steps they are taking to make the site safer?

Have not checked my account and have no reason to do so tonight other than curiosity after reading this post.

 

I wish that web sites would STOP IMPROVING their online experience which seems only to make it more difficult and frustrating for their web site to be used.

 

If it is not broke?  Don't fix it!

 

(Oh, I forgot.  Must keep people doing something so that they can justify their jobs.)

Given all the problems that HAL IT has, I would print off a hard copy of the information and all your cruises right from their website, just to be extra safe.
