What a load of b......t.   No ships sailing for 9 months, no work for the crews and very low spirits throughout the industry.   What planet are you on lady?

Princess employees around the world are going through the same pandemic issues that we all experience They had to keep ships running without passengers and income. Any nice words are welcome. I see nothing negative in the Jan Swartz greeting.

OP is from NZ. Maybe that is why. North America customers will most likely receive something. I have always received something in past years.

Well, our family had a great cruise on the Sky in February.  And the ships have been running since.. though with less crew, so not sure what's so bad about her greeting.  As big is Princess is as a business, I felt it was professional and a bit uplifting.

Which she will no doubt personally read, cherish, print, and put on her mantel next

to her other non-denominational, politically correct holiday items.

 

I received the email as well.   I probably won't reply.

Received as well here in the US days ago. Wish my email for elites offering Alaska 2022 sailings came in such a timely manner. Received at 9PM EST last night. Opened to everyone this a.m.
