texreno Posted December 29, 2020 #1 Share Posted December 29, 2020 (edited) We currently receive many casino perks and offers from other cruise lines but haven't sailed RCL for over 10 years so will be staring from scratch on casino points. I found a list of RCL points & perks you earn with those points from an online search. My question is as follows. Do your casino perks start as soon you hit each level or do you have to wait until your next cruise to receive those perks? Example: If you earn enough points on day two of your cruise to receive the free drinks while playing in the casino will they flag your sign & sail card to receive the free drinks right away? You can ask the host to take care of you. Good luck
texreno Posted December 29, 2020 Author #3 Share Posted December 29, 2020 Thanks John&LaLa. That's what I assumed but it's nice to have confirmation.
RFerrington Posted December 29, 2020 #4 Share Posted December 29, 2020 Pre-COVID, some of the perks (free drinks in the casino, waiving the 5% convenience fee and ability to get a discounted or free cruise certificate) would begin as soon as you pass the 2400 points required to make Prime. The casino host would put a sticker on your Sea Pass card to permit the drinks and fee waive for the remainder of that cruise. Other perks like the ability to get casino discounts on future cruises (not to be confused with the certificates earned onboard) do not take effect until they get your information into "the system". I have never risen beyond Prime so I have no idea how things like free internet works for Signature and above. Who knows how things will be when/if we finally return to cruising.

Instantaneous. Just ask the host to put it through, as John said.

I became signature mid cruise and they credited my internet for the whole cruise the next day.
