I can book this hotel for 1 night pre-cruise fir 24k Hhonors points.  Yay or Nay?

Stevanb - I am not having an issue booking.  I guess I should have worded differently.  Does anyone recommend or not recommend the hotel

Never stayed there, but the reviews on Tripadvisor seem to be either very good or very bad.  If you are looking to use points for a hotel that offers both airport and port shuttles (usually a fee - Uber/Lyft may be a better option) then it will probably fit your needs.

 

How many more points to stay at the Embassy Suites in the 17th street area, with lots of nearby dining and shopping?

Thanks folks - I saw the reviews you mentioned and cancelled the reservation.  Plenty of time to look at other places.  Not sure when travel for work will start up again to buikd up those points

As mentioned above, there are other Hilton branded properties in the FLL area that might better meet your needs and allow you to use your points.

 

Or forget about the points, go to www.sunny.org, and look at all of the area hotels to see which one meets your pre-cruise requirements.
