Do Costa sells segments of a World Cruise?

Does Costa sells segments of a World Cruise like other cruiselines?   We are interested in longer cruises but simply cannot do the entire World cruise as Costa is only showing their complete World Cruises.  Basically, we are interested in segments of 30-45 days.  Do they offer it at all or do they offer it as it gets closer to embarkation date?
