Does anyone make Aspen Coffee at home? Recipe?

Does anyone have the recipe for the Aspen coffee served in Café Al Bacio?

It's really easy to make. Brewed coffee, Baileys, Frangelico and Kahlua, topped with whipped cream if you want.

 

I'm not sure of the exact proportions, but I would definitely go heavier on the Baileys and add the Frangelico and Kahlua to taste since both can get overwhelming.

I live there and enjoy my Aspen coffee every morning brewed from my own Aspen kitchen 😉

¾ ounce creme de cacao
� ounce coffee liqueur (like Kaluaha)
1 ounce brandy
� ounce amaretto
Hot black coffee
Whipped cream

Mix creme de cacao., coffee liqueur, brandy and amaretto in a coffee mug. Fill mug with coffee and top with whipped cream. Makes 1 serving

The recipe above is not the same thing as they serve. Definitely no brandy or amaretto in the version they make.

Don't think I post from any other website but if you do a quick search on the internet you will see a few videos and recipes for Aspen Coffee.  Think of checking out a site that has the word "you" in it.   :-)
