Just got a Covid safety survey from RCCL

We have a cruise booked on The Liberty in September.  I just got a survey about taking that cruise.  Why we booked, what made us feel safe, our thoughts on the vaccine, masks, social distancing, flying, were we driving or flying to the port and why.  I could really see they are trying to decide what passengers are not only expecting but will make us feel safe, and what we are willing to accept as changes.  Any body else get one?

Just checked my email and I did not get a survey. I am booked on a cruise for every month through March 2022.

I got the email at 1;20 pm today and just completed the survey.    It was asking for a sailing I have booked on Grandeur out of Barbados Feb 2022.   I wonder why the selected that cruise instead of the several I have booked for 2021.    

i.e. They are asking what protocols we expect to be in place and what our priorities are for booking.

I didn't select masks now the CDC is saying not needed if with people who are ALL vaccinated.

I can't imagine they'd let things slip that easily. Probably just a random sampling of booked cruisers.

I agree, I cannot imagine them emailing everybody.

I received the survey for my October 2022 cruise, skipping over the four I have booked prior to that.

We also have a September , 2021 cruise on the Liberty booked (casino comped or discounted.) I just checked, we haven't received a survey (via email?) I just wish that Royal would go ahead and cancel our 2 short cruises (out of Galveston) in May, so that we can make other plans. Hubby and I are fully vaccinated, but we have currently have nowhere to go that's interesting or quite safe enough. A cruise in late summer or early fall would do quite nicely, I believe.

Whats most concerning is they are talking about 2022!!!!!

 

If you dont feel safe by 2022 you may as well check out early.

We booked Grandeur for Feb 2022 recently as well.  No survey.

I really hope this one sails.  It has all of the qualifications of an early sailing: Port Canaveral, private island, four nights.  It was lifted and shifted from June 2020.  We booked it in April 2020 and got a fantastic deal - $701 total for two of us in a corner aft balcony.

Correction.  I JUST got the email tooo.   Here’s hoping they are seriously considering moving forward with cruising soon.  Wonder if there are ‘right’ answers.   Lol
