Viking Cancel Alaska 2021

Although they haven't accepted booking for the Alaska 2021 season for a number of months, Viking have now officially cancelled their entire 2021 Alaska season

At least this announcement will give people peace of mind instead of leaving them in limbo like some of the other lines.  We still have a Seattle round tripper that I am pretty sure will be cancelled; it is for August 2021.  I just wish Princess would step up and make the announcement.  The only reason I am holding out  and waiting for them to cancel is because I want to take advantage of the lift and shift option for 2022.

So true, at least the Viking pax can use the 125% FCV, which is received with the notice of cancellation, to rebook another cruise. They can also request a full refund, which is normally paid within a few days.

 

Princess are keeping your money for a cruise that has virtually zero chance of happening.
