Recent Refund Timing Poll

We cancelled our Alaskan cruise on February 1st and we're still waiting for our refund.

I  requested a refund on our cancelled August Scandinavian cruise on 5th March and had the money in my account last week - I was happy with that....

 

(on a Cunard cancelled cruise for June I had the deposit back in 2 days - wow!)

Refunds when the passenger cancels come much quicker than when the cruise line cancels.

A friend of ours recently canceled, and had his refund in 4 days.

Mine was cancelled in November 2020 and Im still waiting, not happy.

We cancelled a cruise, but moved the deposit and credits to another cruise at the same time through our TA.  It took only a few days for that deposit and credits to show up.

7 months on first cruise, 3 months on second cruise, waiting now 2 months on last cruise-how hard is it to transfer cruise credits back to my account?

My agent was able to get my "refund" immediately when calling Princess to book my replacement cruise. However the Princess booking agent was not able to get me the Goodwill FCC and said it comes from an entirely different department.

 

Discovery Princess cruise was cancelled by Princess on Jan 20 2021, and I still haven't seen that FCC. I'm eagerly awaiting it to use to book another cruise.

Evidently it’s real difficult for Princess. 😳
