odiesam Posted February 13, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 13, 2006 In looking at pictures it appears that the 3rd bed for oceanview and balcony cabins is the foldout couch and the 3rd bed for inside cabins is the pull-out from the wall type bed. Is this true? I am looking at the Spirit and the Conquest class ships. My son would prefer NOT to sleep in a bunk so if this is indeed true it would make sense for us to book oceanview and above. Also regarding booking Carniavl cruises - is it true there is no more discounting by the agents? I knew this was true on Royal Caribbean but did not think it was the case with Carnival. Thanks for any advise.
NRWO Posted February 13, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 13, 2006 a) On Spirit class it will be a fold-out couch. b) TAs have been encouraged by CCL not to rebate commission (for their own good) but inevitably some still do..
mcbor Posted February 14, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 14, 2006 Our couch did not fold out. The back cushions were taken off and it was made up like a single bed.
Wennfred Posted February 14, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 14, 2006 My question about the 3 per cabin is, What is the minimum Catagory cabin to fit a 3rd person, Im looking to book a 4a inside Guarantee. Did you book this or did they suggest a specific Catagory and cabin?
