Just saw that you redeemed an FCC.   If it’s a CWC or other non refundable  FCC, that is where your penalty is coming from.  Just prevents the system from issuing you a refund you aren’t eligible for.

Yes the FCC was $684.

No CWC 

 

As of May 20th still no answer other than its being looking into. 

Oh I was asked why the SAM turned it over to another SAM that is not in my area.

So $684 is coming from the FCC. But really, as long as you don’t cancel, it really doesn’t matter what the confirmation says.  And if you do, then they can do a workflow to refund any penalties held in error.  These are ancient IT systems they are working with.

Wondering what would happen to the $684 if there is a need to cancel.  Is it lost?  Perhaps FCC reissued with same expiration or maybe a new expiration?
