I made a coffee table a couple of years ago

 

The top is birch I think off an old table

the rest is new Hardwood and Jarrah edging

Love the contrasting edges!! Have you ever painted with liquid stainless steel? I have a perfectly good cooktop (last thing dad purchased in my house before he died) that i would like to match my other newer appliances

Such a quiet board lately.  How's everyone doing?

I'm having a bad week, seems like "I don't think" I'm

eating enough. In a mood and eating TOO MUCH!

STOPPING IT NOW!  Drinking tea now..NO food for awhile.

 

Why o why some days food is further from our minds and

other times all we can think of is food. One of the mysteries

of life!  Funny go away on a trip don't gain come home and------------!

All my  lucky stars have lined up.  My car wouldn’t start this morning - radio on so not battery.  Nothing happened when I turned the key — got it started and took to shop (dog park friend introduced me to shop which is reliable and close). I don’t have to worry about transportation — my granddaughters car is  parked at my house.  No worries I’m happy.

Izena, sorry about your car. I'm 'addicted' to mine. I had to loan it out when I was quarantined, S borrowed it for work for a week and it was not fun

 

Jan, I think all my summer clothes were washed in hot water and run through the dryer during the winter.

July Princess cruise canceled today.  Now I have until September to get in my cruise clothes!  Estate sale this weekend.  Have been pricing items all day.  New grandson born yesterday!  Will go see him after the estate sale.  Going to be a busy weekend and next week.

Susan sorry about your cruise being canceled in July.  Mine for July

and October were canceled. Thought the July might be but not the October 

one to Europe. So sad for my daughter going with me, I've been she hadn't.

She doesn't know yet. Tell her after work.

Congrats on the new grandson.

 

Anyone else get cruises canceled?  Hope the ones in November and December sail.
