If Celebrity changes embarkation port, can I cancel for full refund after final payment?

In addition to Galveston, Houston actually has a cruise port as well as Biloxi.

For those of you wondering whether they could cancel without a refund, I the exception for para 7.e mentioned in the contract provides for refund if they cancel for mechanical reasons.

 

It is not likely if they are required to give refunds when cancelling for a valid reason that they would be able under various federal laws to just cancel for no reason without a refund.
