Of course. As a 20+ year IT professional, I’ve been there done that. 😊😉

 

I just hope that the subcontractors Princess hired for their website/medallion development will eventually get it right.

I'm still having this issue, is anyone else?

About two months ago I could not login to the the Princess website for a couple of weeks. That got fixed but then I could not login to the Medallion app. That got fixed last week but now I can no longer login to the website again. Groan.

Yep, same here as well. I'm not sure why their web site app isn't smart enough to remember your choice (a cookie maybe?) and not bother you again unless you login with a different browser/PC. It's like some government web sites I login to, I have to agree to their T&C's, etc. every, single time even though I'm using the same PC, browser and login credentials.

My app is working, but my cancelled Emerald cruise for tomorrow just reappeared in my list after being gone for about a month.
