Fun Topic on Food - Rate Your Top Three...Appetizers, Main Courses, and Desserts

Recommended Posts

We will be sailing on the Symphony of the Seas and mostly eating in the specialty restaurants. I am wondering which are your top three items you have eaten - Included and Specialty both! Be sure to include if it is a breakfast, lunch or dinner and which restaurant (or buffet!) 🙂

I'm going to try and recreate the pork Belly app.

Anyone have the recipe? My Royal cookbooks are back in Ocala.

Appetiser: Poblano Pepper soup, MDR or 150 CP scallops.

Main: Mongolian Wok stir fries, either MDR lunch on a random sea day, or Windjammer select nights.

Dessert: former Cheese Platter from Room Service on our balcony with wine (before heading to the late show/nightclub 😁) or one of the ‘Irish coffees’ at Chops.

The app and main pretty much are my choices as well.

Dessert would be the ice cream in the peanut brittle bowl

Are you talking about the grilled black pepper bacon with the sweet and spicy glaze served in Chops?

Yep, that's it.

I need my sous vide.

I ask for the cold/chilled soup at dinner.....then I add a couple of shots of rum. 😇 ...everything else seems to taste better.

but seriously, our most surprisingly delicious meal was when we were walking by the pool and followed the smell.....grilled salmon burger with a side of onion rings...unfortunately, it was on Celebrity.
