Need waterproof pants with 36 inch inseam

My son-in-law wears pants which are 36 inch inseam. I've checked the website to rent waterproof pants and the inseam for his waist size is 33 inches. I know the pants go over the boots but 3 inches too short is a lot. We are scheduled to go to the Antarctica this December on the Endurance.

 

Any suggestions?

Amazon. When we did Antarctica I think I paid $12 for waterproof pants and they worked just fine. I still have them and have taken them on other trips when I was concerned about rain.
