And cruises aren't fully booked.  There's  still hesitancy on these first cruises.  

 

And many ports around the world are still not open to cruise ships.

You would think so but with the current FL state law they can't require you to show proof of vaccination which puts you in the unvaccinated bucket.  In the past they had to adhere to the CDC CSO which dictated they couldn't sail with more than 5% unvaccinated.  Hence my question, would FL be able to fine them now for denying service due to vaccination status even if it was those over the 5% threshold?

 

Hopefully we never reach the 5% and it's a moot point.

Agreed.  If the 5% threshold is reached though, the first passengers denied boarding (or even deported) should be the unvaccinated Floridians.... they'll be better positioned to take up the conversation with their own state officials.
