Thanks for the report about capacity.  Wondering what is going to happen when the FCC backlog, lift and shift backlog, and maybe even the casino comped cruises start slowing down.  Time will tell.

Interesting you mention that.  I talked to probably 5-6 people couples who were using FCC.  But, most of the others did the same as me and booked last minute.  I talked to one group (3) of guys, who were related, that booked CAS.

You never know what or who to believe on a cruise ship, but the "main guy" said he booked an S2 for ~$300 because of CAS.  I don't know how CAS works, but I would imagine booking a cabin at 10% of the going rate means they/he played a lot in the casinos.

I did talk to a few people who said they had multiples of FCCs they were trying to use up over the course of the next year.  But, with 1,000-1,100 guests/cruise so far, I don't think capacity will be expanded until the holidays, at the earliest, maybe not until 2022.

It seems they're trying to stick to around 1,000 passengers, give or take, as the temporary capacity on the EDGE.

is your butler by chance first name R?

It is indeed!

That is great! She is awesome. On our Celebrity Suite deck 11 back to back July 3 to July 17 we loved her. If you have time please tell her we said hello, missed saying goodbye on disembarkation and will be seeing her again on September 4th. Working on getting a CS again. She did move our luggage and clothes from one room to the next but we did not have her pack for us either. She is too sweet!

Welcome home. Curious if you were able to pass on our hello to R?

LOVE the Martini bar crew!! They are the best! Their shows are entertaining, their drinks are delicious, and although they are typically too busy to chat, we were there one afternoon when it wasn’t too busy and enjoyed talking to them. Oka was kind enough to give me feedback and advice about our first transatlantic sailing we booked on the Beyond.

Graphicguy - Thank you for taking the time to post and allow us to live vicariously through you. You have a great writing style.

Loved Oka in the martini bar on our B2B July 24-Aug 7th.  We also liked Salmon the bar waiter in the Martini bar.

Thanks!

I did not.

I had met her on my first go round on the EDGE in July (she was not my Butler then, but we talked in the hallways).  So, most of our conversation surrounded my experiences between the two, and her experiences since rejoining the ship.

I really didn’t ask her for much.  I think the only real request I had was the type of beer and sodas I wanted in the mini-fridge and how to get my laundry done and delivered about mid-cruise.

We’d see each other 2-3 times/day briefly outside of that.  She said I wasn’t asking her to do enough for me.  I told her I was low maintenance.

We chatted as I was coming out of my Cabin at disembarkation, and she asked when she’d see me, again.  I told her it would probably be no sooner than next year.  With a sly grin she said, “you sure about that?”.  I could not give her an honest answer.  LOL!

Most of my requests went through the Concierges….mainly AMBER, who was wonderful, as usual.

I’m going to miss doing this every morning when I wake up……

I couldn’t stop thinking about this video. Celebrity just squeezed some extra cash from me tonight. My first time in the Retreat in about 10 days 😄

Nice Q and A with Captain Kate this a.m.  Except, had to leave early as there was some fairly gaseous individual somewhere close by. 😵🤢

That is a new social distancing trick!😂

I wil see if a trick kit is available online.🤣

Another thing I like, no crazy T-Shirt sales, $10 watch sales, costume jewelry sales clogging up the aisles.  I don't usually shop in the stores that are on the EDGE, but they are definitely a cut above and resemble more a Rodeo Drive atmosphere.  That said, I never saw one person in the Bulgari nor Cartier stores, either.

The Equinox has not transitioned to that upper being yet....$10 sales, and handbag sales still there , and Effy store raffles were packed to the gills several times a day. Entertainment activities were tightly close. Theater was fine and spaced out. Although I really enjoyed the cruise, I did not feel as comfortably safe as I felt when on the Edge.  That is just how I felt. Others may have a different view.
We are going on the Edge in October.
I so agree about the Rodeo Dr atmosphere!😄Thank God they didn't have the dogs to keep us riff raff out, like RD.😆
