Health Question form before crusing

Still unable to complete the health question form required before sailing. Doesn't work on desk top or navigator app. Does not give me much confidence in HAL's ability to handle any situation  concerning the COVID should it arise on my upcoming cruise.

Sounds to me like a glitch in the system, on who's end, I couldn't guess. I would try to call HAL directly and see if they have a solution. Not everyone has a computer, and HAL is aware, so there my be an alternative way to submit your paperwork.

We've had the same issue.  The form seems unavailable today and yesterday.

We called HAL yesterday and were told by a PCC that we can fill it out at the pier.

Our PCC also told us it can be filled out at the pier.

For the Aug 7 cruise, I was finally able to complete the questionnaire using the computer.
