Put my booking number into the app (where Seashore is listed) and get a message “Sorry, the added booking number does not belong to a Smart Ship for which MSC for Me is available”. I see Seashore on the list, but it isn't recognizing my booking number being for a MSC Smart Ship. But still get the “not a smart ship” message. I also wonder if it is working for current passengers. Anyway thanks for the replies at least I know now it’s not just me. I hope it is fixed soon.
