Vista in Belize

Recent cruisers who post vlogs on YouTube indicate that Belize is doing random testing despite being fully vaccinated and showing a negative covid test to board. Does anyone know info on this? I assume testing in Belize would be when passengers first arrive in port and I assume if test is positive passengers would not be allowed to stay in Belize but sent back onboard. I also assume that a positive test would keep passengers in their cabin for remainder of trip, meaning they would not be able to visit Cozumel the following day. Any info and/or links to info would be helpful. At this point I am considering staying onboard and avoiding Belize so I can keep what little freedom allowed.
