Galveston terminal to Hobby airport transfer

Looking for opinions on the Carnival transportation to Hobby airport from cruisers who have used it recently.

I don't need it from the airport, just for the return trip. Flight leaves Hobby at 1:30pm, would the 10:00am transfer be reliable, or should I book the 9:00am?

Personally I would just use Lyft.  I discovered a private car service called Galveston Saltwater Moms. Look them up on FB. I used them for my ride to Hobby from the port on Saturday. Great service! It's a group of Moms that do driving on the side. The cost was $60

Be careful, these people can literally be arrested for offering commercial transportation without the proper insurance and permits.
