cruisernh Posted September 2, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 2, 2021 Cancelled our Back to Back at Christmas cruises. Bummed but at least before final payment. Talked the agent (not Carnival) yesterday and our cruises are still listed. Anyone know how quickly this should happen. Is it now in Carnival's hands? jfaaborg Posted September 2, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 2, 2021 back in Jan when they cancelled my Feb cruise, it too a week for it to drop off. Now your situation is not exactly the same. I would give it some time (week), before calling carnival.
New2Cruising24 Posted September 3, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 3, 2021 When my original March 2020 was canceled, it stayed on until I rebooked (even after choosing the FCC offer) This time, on our B2B on Sunshine that just got cancelled for this year ;( - insert crying noises - I opted for the FCC online and within minutes my bookings disappeared. WHAT!??! Good thing I took a screen shot of the Booking Details and Payments screens so I know the amounts of the coming FCC. Sadly, guess they are all too used to the cancellations now and are prepared to work them all quickly! Happy Sailing to all who get to sail this year!
