What's Carnival's "official" policy on this? We are not looking for a price drop, but the price of an extended balcony is well below what we paid for a standard balcony. Spoke with my PVP who said only early saver rates could get an OBC. I was okay with that but then later got an email showing I now have a $149 OBC and kept Cheers!! Not sure what happened or how he did it, but I will take it!!
