Ovation of the Seas Fitness Classes and Thermal Suites

Anybody familiar with the fitness classes and the Thermal Suites? Seems like I am unable to book either (Going solo on B2B Ovation on 9/24 and 10/1 from Seattle to Alaska). Wondering If they are sold out and/or if they are worth the extra cost (I know everyone has different values on the worthiness of these things, but I wanted people's input). Also, is it better to book it in advance or onboard (if they become available)? Thank you!

Most things seem to be cheaper online than on board. Look in the RCI app for the current sailing and see if either of those are available.
