hammsbear Posted September 21, 2021 #1 Share Posted September 21, 2021 Just a quick question. Is the thalasatherapy pool in the solarium on the Constellation open during these Covid times? I love that pool laying on the bars with the bubbles, but not sure if open during these crazy times. Want to book for next February, but wouldn’t if this wasn’t open because this a big part of why I love this class of ship. Thanks for your responses. canderson Posted September 21, 2021 #2 Share Posted September 21, 2021 First cruise not until 11/7. Remember to email me at the address in my signature line around then and I'll let you know.
sunpsyche Posted September 21, 2021 #3 Share Posted September 21, 2021 We were on the Summit about 6 weeks ago and it was open. Occupancy was low on ship and the pool was not crowded at any time that I saw. I would think that it would be open on the Constellation also. Everyone was required to be be vaccinated and have a negative PCR test to sail on this cruise out of St. Maarten.
jelayne Posted September 21, 2021 #4 Share Posted September 21, 2021 The main pool and the hot tubs have been open so no reason to think the Thalasatherapy pool wouldn’t be open.
twins_to_alaska Posted September 21, 2021 #5 Share Posted September 21, 2021 I thought I had seen reports that the bubbles were turned off though.

Without the bubbles, it wouldn't be the same! Again, will know the full status in about 6 weeks.

When were on the Millennium (July 23) the level was very low, the bubble were turned off and the temperature was too low. When we asked, we were told they weren't allowed to turn it on because of covid.

The bubbles were as delightful and strong as ever on the Summit. No complaints on temp.
