Disneycruiser#1 Posted May 7, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 7, 2004 Just off the 5 day Sensation yesterday. I had called CCL last week and asked if I could book excursions before hand for our upcomming 5/23 Fantasy. One person said yes but I had to go thru my TA and one said NO but maybe soon. So on board this week I stopped by the Pursers desk and asked and they said I could book excursions before hand for the next cruise in 2 weeks??? Does anyone know? Thanks! tef43 Posted May 7, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 7, 2004 No pre-booking of ship-sponsored tours is available as of yet.
quote:
One person said yes but I had to go thru my TA and one said NO but maybe soon.

This is a perfect example of the lack of training of Carnival CSRs. Tom <--- Curmudgeon of the Seas Eleven cruises so far. Up next: Shhhh, it's a surprise! And then: Carnival Spirit 12/10/05 Mexican Riviera Perhaps something else as well. Watch this space. Dance like it hurts, love like you need money, and work when somebody's watching.
Disneycruiser#1 Posted May 7, 2004 Author #3 Share Posted May 7, 2004 )Ok thanks. This weekend on the Sensation we did everything on our own (Seven Mile Beach and Chakanab) but since the 4 day is going to Freeport and Nassau and it was my toddler's birthday cruise (turning 3 ) I want to book beach days for both ports. Thanks for clarifying what to do. Anyone know about the cake for his 3rd birthday? The TA noted it but the Purser's desk on the Sensation said to go and speak with the chef upon embarkation and the CCL website says to order 1 week before going? Is my TA request considered an "order"? Thanks!
