Felt Posted July 23 #26 Share Posted July 23 Calling or writing customer service is a waste-tried it several times for a particular issue with a lot of sympathy but no success. Finally e-mailed the CEO at JPadgett@princesscruises.com and got a call back from a very nice and helpful women who handles those type of e-mails to the CEO who had the ability and authority to make things right.
