The issue is how Cruise Critic reads the image file data. If you take the photo with your iPad camera lens on the top left in landscape orientation it will be correct on the Cruise Critic website. If you have the camera lens on the bottom right in landscape orientation it will be upside down on Cruise Critic. I took the two photos below to illustrate. They show correctly in Photos. It is a web site issue. But a minor one as the photo should be taken with the lens on the upper right. However you try to resolve it (cache etc) the problem always returns. No problems with Android or Windows - just iPads. It has nothing to do with not being logged in - everything to do with using an iPad (works perfectly for me on Android and Windows). There's a known, but intermittent problem with iPads, and has been for a few weeks since some IT changes were made. It has little to do with logins, and everything to do with posting (or reacting to posts) using an iPad. The IT people are aware, and are working on a fix. An iPad Pro I use in my living room and an iPad mini I have on my nightstand. I have not had any issues with posting or reacting with either. You can’t quote or react if logged out. That's not the issue - and many of us using iPads also use other devices and are using those to post/quote/react. That's why you're seeing the posts - not because people are logged out. I'm pleased that you have no problem with your iPads, but please accept many people do , and it's nothing whatever to do with not being logged in. I downloaded the "Duck duck go" browser app and that seems to work much better. It doesn't remember my login id but the rest seems to work so I'm happy to log in once manually.
