transport suggestions in Iceland

I will appreciate suggestions for travel from Iceland's international airport to the Blue Lagoon, then on into Reykjavik.

As of now, assuming our flight arrival will be early morning and hotel check-in will be in the middle to late afternoon, it seems the Blue Lagoon visit from the airport makes some sense.  (Providing luggage storage won't be an issue at the lagoon.)  Agree??

Certainly possible - Several options - link to example.

Al flights from US to KEF are early morning.

Just be careful when you calculate from ISK to US$ - In Iceland the ‘Thousand separate’ is a ‘ . ‘ and the ‘decimal separator’ is ‘ , ‘   - 1 US$ is 130 ISK (Islandsk króna).

Pre-Covid, BL had it's own transport booking as well.  You had to go thru a dummy booking on the website to look at the options, then just not hit "purchase" at the end.  It very well may still be that way, I just haven't checked in a  while. There is luggage storage at the BL as visiting to/from the airport is a popular option.
