Canaries N127 temperatures en route

Hi everyone. We are on Ventura going to Canaries for Christmas. Obviously it will not be sunbathing weather during first and last few days of cruise but what temperatures might we expect - and when will we notice the changes ? Any tips on what clothing to pack?

On day 3 I would be expecting to be sat on deck in shorts and T shirt and usually am, sometimes you have to hunt for the right place to avoid the wind, however weather is never predictable so take layers.
