Are People Still Transferring Late in Day

Just a quick question I am keen on an upcoming cruise in November that is sold out in a few categories and wondered if many people are still transferring late for various reasons such as positive tests up to 14 days before etc. I am not sure whether to take a punt and wait for the cabins to come back on sale or book something else. I would only need to have a few cancellations for me to get a balcony cabin.  Many thanks in advance.

I would take a chance they reopened the bookings on the cruise we’re on now just a week before we sailed
