ralmyers Posted May 11, 2004 Author #65 Share Posted May 11, 2004 Well-- I don't have any ex's to speak of, the DH is the best ever. However I have 2 sets of friends going thru the big D right now. I checked to see where I could throw the worthless ex-wife, and a worthless ex-husband. Carnival said they have a "special" holding area for them free of charge. They will be discharged from the area during the evening and become shark bait. ha! If your ex racked up more than 40,000 in debt like the scum bag ex wife of a good friend then they get dealt with in a more unusual manner -- I will let you imagine. mumsyo Posted May 11, 2004 #74 Share Posted May 11, 2004 I would like to throw off all of those people who haven't paid their bill and won't go to the pursers desk to do so--thus keeping the rest of us on the ship (especially those who have an early flight!!). Of course, if we do have to stay on the ship, how about letting us just cruise for another week or so (free of course!!) I would also like to get rid of anyone who says "This is the worse cruise that I have ever been on"!! What's the matter, did your steward forget your towel animal one night????? Littlegoo75 Posted May 12, 2004 #75 Share Posted May 12, 2004 My mother in law passed away last April. Her wish was to be cremated and have her ashes spread over the ocean in San Diego. We haven't been able to do that yet, so she is still sitting in our closet waiting to become one with the ocean. However, you have to get a permit to do this, so as much as I would like to do this while on a ship in San Diego, I want to do it the right way.
