More than likely "transfers" day of and end day of cruise. Check directly with Carnival...however you might consider a private shuttle which should be cheaper.

Check with Cortrans, Cocoa Beach Shuttle and Cruise Control for shared shuttle service between MCO/PC -- Uber or Lyft are options to explore and you may also find that a one-way car rental is a better deal.
