Refer to Post #98 - which stayed unchanged toward the end of September ... many of the officers and crew, apparently had came back from their vacation/time off/home leave.  Captain in charge of the Joy was Hakan Svedung (he was either going to take his vacation or just assume command, relieving the duties of the other captain for vacation.)

 

On a related note - per indirect source - FYI only (no further info/discussions hereon) due to an isolated, recent incidents ... NCL crew members are not permitted to go ashore for leaves while their ship docked in NYC - until further notice, conditions per CBP limited to NYC only that was previously allowed.  It's a privilege that many looked forward to, even if it's just for 3 or 4 hours, as they can rush to pickup comfort food, personal items and/or do errands, etc. etc.

Alex Nikolic is the concierge on the Getaway (or one of the team). We had him on the Dawn and he was wonderful!

WOW! Took a little bit but finally found this thread.. Coming into a new year and was wondering if anyone knows who the GM & Concierge will be on the Dawn within the next few months. Heading out in March and would love to know who will be on the ship. Thank you!

Didn't realized that nobody from the recent GEM T/A crossing last month posted anything relating to the ships' senior officers - here's a link on where to find that info here on CC

As for the post directly above from @NJLVW - Hugo Van Vanosmael is the GM/HD onboard the Dawn recently, sorry - don't have any particulars on other senior/junior officers & staff onboard her lately.

Do you know when Hugo is on the Dawn until? And does Alain come back on?

@NJLVW - apparently, not clear if he's on vacation or left NCL and moved on.  Our friends that came off the GEM tried to find info without success or luck.

There a 2023 thread for this subject.

The Jewel is scheduled to have a major shift in Senior Staff toward the end of September as She transition from one sailing season to another.
