Cruises to Russia

Does anyone know of cruise lines that visit Russian ports predominantly?

Not that many Russian ports to visit.
In addition to St.  Petersburg there is only Kaliningrad in the Baltic Sea - only quite a few, mainly smaller German cruise ships call at Kaliningrad.
 In polar regions, there are few cruise ships calling at Murmansk as part of cruises along the Norwegian coast, to Svalbard or Franz Josef's land.

You could do a river cruise in Russia. I don't think they will be going this year though.

I am especially interested in places off the beaten path like Petropavlovsk (where we visited in 2017) or Vladivostok. Have also visited St. Petersburg by land many years ago.

Last I checked, Russia was not in a good condition for COVID. I don't think anything will happen. I could be completely wrong.

CoVID cases  have actually peaked  in Russia, but a new wave with the Omicron variant is now expected in January

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that given the location of Russia's coast line, there are very few places suitable for cruise stops, or at least commercially viable for a cruise line. The western coast is tiny. Lots (all?) of northern coast above the arctic circle.  Most of the eastern coast borders the Bering sea, with most adjacent countries not very tourist friendly and/or small with the exception of Japan - China, North/South Korea, making neighboring country combo tours difficult.

We truly enjoyed our Russian River cruise in 2019 but there you are limited to visiting communities along the waterway as well as Moscow and St. Petersburg
